What you will do

• Partner with regional commercial and operations leadership to collect, analyze, and report business results and insights.
• Advise on business growth, profitability, and resource allocation challenges.
• Own end-to-end regional budgeting and forecasting, including running forecast review meetings, identifying risks/opportunities, and producing forecast outputs.
• Track and analyze sales operational KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin, etc.) and deliver complex financial analysis and modeling for leadership decisions.
• Prepare high-quality reporting packages for the Board of Directors (board meetings, weekly reviews, month-end analysis).
• Lead process improvements and integration of data, reporting, and procedures with company expectations; collaborate with Finance to ensure completeness and accuracy of regional financial data.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Insight, FP&A, or an equivalent role.
• Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ideally 2+ years working in a tech company or programmatic environment.
• Strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• High attention to detail, ability to handle complexity, and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Team player who works effectively in a fast-paced environment and embraces change.
