A Southeast Asian classifieds technology business operating a large Vietnamese recommerce marketplace for buying and selling second-hand goods.

What you will do

• Own monetization performance across marketplace verticals, including pricing, premium offerings, and new revenue models.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Growth, Data, Finance, and Marketing teams to turn insights into scalable initiatives.
• Build seller segmentation frameworks and translate them into actionable product, marketing, and commercial strategies.
• Define problems, design and evaluate experiments and A/B tests, and influence roadmap decisions with evidence.
• Monitor supply-demand balance, listing quality, buyer-seller matching, seller retention, and category health.
• Deliver recurring business performance narratives and proactively identify stagnation, churn, and declining engagement signals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Performance, Growth, Strategy, or related roles.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, and Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of marketplace dynamics, cohort retention, supply-demand balance, seller lifecycle, take-rate mechanics, and category health metrics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional Vietnamese and working English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with monetization, pricing, growth, experimentation, or business performance initiatives.
• Practical experience using AI tools, automation, dashboards, or scalable reporting workflows.
• Experience combining quantitative analysis with seller interviews and field observations.
