What you will do
- Run detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
- Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against requirements, deliver strong candidate slates, and build talent pipelines.
- Maintain candidate engagement with proactive, timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
- Mentor recruiters and other team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States (remote work).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
- Experience with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
- Background in Pharma / Lifesciences Sales is required.
