Disputes Administrator

TL;DR

Disputes Administrator (Finance): Supporting the Sales Order Processing team with the resolution of customer contractual billing queries to facilitate cash collection. Focus on validating invoicing, managing credit tasks in SAP, and maintaining accurate dispute dashboards to ensure financial process compliance.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Credit Control teams to validate and resolve contractual invoicing queries.
• Raise credit tasks and manage approvals within the SharePoint 365 system.
• Process accurate credit orders and new invoices using the SAP Finance system.
• Update the Vision (Invevo) platform to ensure credit control teams can effectively manage cash collection.
• Maintain the daily disputes dashboard in Power Apps with accurate status updates.
• Assist with ad-hoc sales order processing tasks as required.

Requirements

• Must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Previous experience in a credit control or disputes management role.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook, CRM, SharePoint 365, MS Excel, and Word.
• Ability to maintain high standards of data entry accuracy and record keeping.
• Excellent command of the English language.

• Prior experience with SAP Sales Order Processing.
