Principal Technical Program Manager (Generative AI)

Location: United States, Washington, Bellevue

Salary: $177,000–$239,400 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for third-party agentic experiences from design through consumer release.
• Coordinate delivery across Alexa domain teams, agentic platform teams, developer tooling, discovery, and customer experience teams.
• Drive technical requirements, architecture trade-offs, and release planning across distributed engineering teams.
• Provide clear status reporting, proactive risk management, and decision support for leadership.
• Maintain high standards for customer and developer experience across partner integrations.
• Partner with Business Development and Solutions Architects and establish scalable onboarding and certification processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional technology programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience managing complex technology projects and distributed engineering efforts.
