TL;DR

Product Growth Marketing Manager: Own product-led growth initiatives that drive in-product revenue growth with an accent on activation, adoption, expansion, and upsell/cross-sell through ecommerce marketplace product experiences. Focus on designing and running data-driven experiments across onboarding, in-product messaging, feature discovery, and pricing while translating customer behavior into measurable commercial outcomes.

What you will do

  • Drive revenue through product-led growth by increasing activation, adoption, expansion, and net new ARR.
  • Identify and execute in-product upsell, cross-sell, and packaging optimization opportunities.
  • Define growth hypotheses from user behavior, funnel analysis, and customer insight; design and run experiments across onboarding, messaging, feature discovery, and pricing.
  • Develop in-product messaging and positioning that delivers the right value narrative to the right user at the right moment.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by feeding insights into roadmap prioritization and refining personas, JTBD, and lifecycle stages.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver growth initiatives end-to-end.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, or product marketing with strong commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through product changes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data, funnels, and experimentation.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Ability to translate insight into action and narrative into user behavior.
  • Customer-first mindset with a bias toward impact over output.

Nice to have

  • B2B SaaS experience strongly preferred.
