What you will do
- Drive revenue through product-led growth by increasing activation, adoption, expansion, and net new ARR.
- Identify and execute in-product upsell, cross-sell, and packaging optimization opportunities.
- Define growth hypotheses from user behavior, funnel analysis, and customer insight; design and run experiments across onboarding, messaging, feature discovery, and pricing.
- Develop in-product messaging and positioning that delivers the right value narrative to the right user at the right moment.
- Act as the voice of the customer by feeding insights into roadmap prioritization and refining personas, JTBD, and lifecycle stages.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Demand Generation, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver growth initiatives end-to-end.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, or product marketing with strong commercial acumen.
- Proven ability to drive commercial outcomes through product changes.
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with data, funnels, and experimentation.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.
- Ability to translate insight into action and narrative into user behavior.
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward impact over output.
