What you will do

• Collaborate with sales teams to gather requirements and consult on custom treasury solutions for clients.
• Configure, test, and validate customized banking products to ensure they meet client needs.
• Provide system training and education to customers during the implementation lifecycle.
• Evaluate risk, scalability, and long-term support requirements for implemented solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert to suggest process improvements and update internal documentation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for additional services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience (or 5-7 years of work-related experience).
• Knowledge of electronic bank products and product delivery systems.
• Strong understanding of bank operations and organizational structures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting complex information.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
