What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on payments, liquidity management, and working capital products for corporate and commercial clients.
• Develop digital strategies for products and platform management including Wires, ACH, and Lockbox.
• Support clients in creating product pipelines, requirements, user stories, and strategic roadmaps.
• Assess regulatory trends (ISO, OCC, FED) to develop compliance strategies and internal policies.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development through proposals, presentations, and identifying new account opportunities.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, or Payments (Tier 1 bank or FinTech).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and US payments regulations.
• Experience leading product strategy from conception to implementation.
• Must have valid US work authorization; no sponsorship provided.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Nice to have

• Master's degree (MBA) or certifications like CTP, CACM, CFTEA, CTM.
• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Leader in Financial Services.
• Proficiency with SAFe and Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
