What you will do

  • Support the Construction Manager in planning and executing construction activities within the agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical, Electrical, and CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) package leads.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with GMP requirements and Danish/international building regulations.
  • Develop and monitor detailed construction schedules, specifically for retrofit works in live operational facilities.
  • Drive quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure works meet approved specifications and validation requirements.
  • Manage interfaces between clients, design teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in construction management for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of GMP environments and cleanroom construction.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex retrofit projects.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Proficiency in Scandinavian languages.
