What you will do

• Lead and grow AI engineering teams to design and deploy high-impact AI products.
• Develop and execute AI engineering strategies and product roadmaps.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring rigorous testing and QA for reliable systems.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Architecture, and Operations teams.
• Translate technical AI concepts into clear business terms for non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion AI adoption and agile best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 4+ years in management.
• Proven track record of leading teams through multiple release cycles.
• Hands-on experience launching AI/ML products from concept to production.
• Strong system design skills and proficiency in major programming languages.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Experience with LLM techniques, RAG architectures, and agentic AI workflows.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel.
• Experience with cloud-native MLOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
