What you will do

• Conduct quality reviews of departmental workflows and record results using internal tools.
• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and patterns affecting quality, sharing best practices with the team.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline processes and enhance the company's standards of work performance.
• Provide direct individual and group coaching to team members to address quality deficiencies.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and evaluate new hires' readiness for production.
• Generate QA reports summarizing results for staff, team, and departmental leadership.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant workspace with high-speed internet connectivity.
• Ability to pass regular background and drug screenings and obtain client-required clearances.
