Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Plantation, FL (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary: $40,000 - $67,550 USD

What you will do

• Reconcile SOP totals accurately and within established service-level agreements.
• Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies or outliers across data sources.
• Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures and quality standards.
• Document reconciliation findings, corrections, and notes in required systems.
• Escalate unresolved issues, risks, or inconsistencies with clear written summaries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve image quality issues and update records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or 3 years of relevant customer service/industry experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Plantation, FL as required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to integrate information from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internet-based systems.
• Proven accuracy and efficiency in data entry and document review.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
