• Process Council tax and recovery changes according to established procedures and KPIs.
• Handle direct customer communications via telephone, email, and letter to ensure service contractual requirements.
• Maintain high workload consistency in line with Right Time and Right Benefit Indicators.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and lead update sessions to share best practices.
• Stay updated on legislation, briefing notes, and bulletins through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• Working knowledge of Housing Benefits and Council Tax.
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure with a flexible approach.
• IT competence and self-motivation.
