What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for external clients, managing project lifecycles and alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee technical implementation and client onboarding, analyzing functional and technical documentation to guide system integration.
• Analyze client test results, troubleshoot errors, and identify effective mitigation strategies.
• Proactively identify project risks and conflicts, developing resolution strategies and aligning communication across stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Client Onboarding, or System Analysis.
• Strong expertise in the financial and payment sectors, including payment systems, REST APIs, and Web Services.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and PrestaShop.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), and QA testing practices.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, JavaScript, or .NET.
