What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the center management platform.
• Lead and coach an Associate Product Manager to ensure clear ownership and accountability.
• Drive delivery across multiple agile teams, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment.
• Implement AI-enabled and agentic development practices to improve velocity and quality.
• Identify and prioritize AI opportunities within workflows to reduce administrative burden.
• Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including leadership of complex product areas.
• Proven track record delivering high-quality SaaS products in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI across the software development lifecycle.
• Strong experience using data, analytics, and user research to drive prioritization.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience with high-frequency SaaS workflows like billing and payments.
