Senior Associate Delivery Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead delivery across multiple teams or workstreams within a domain, aligning initiatives with roadmap priorities and clear ownership.
• Own planning and execution for key software initiatives, including timelines, coordination, rollout plans, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Provide visibility into delivery progress, risks, trade-offs, dependencies, and changes.
• Strengthen Agile practices, delivery standards, team maturity, and execution consistency.
• Manage cross-team risks and dependencies, including recovery efforts when delivery health is at risk.
• Use delivery metrics, objectives and key results, and performance data to improve predictability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, analytical, business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a similar role in a software development environment.
• Experience leading delivery across multiple teams or workstreams in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies, risks, competing priorities, and delivery trade-offs.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and delivery processes.
• Experience with Jira, JPD, Google Workspace, Airtable, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools.
