What you will do

  • Design and deploy unified intake processes, scorecards, and SLAs across all verticals.
  • Build and maintain monthly TA dashboards for ExCo and hiring managers to ensure reliable reporting.
  • Lead the full deployment and configuration of ATS and CRM systems, eliminating manual tasks through automation.
  • Develop and execute a 12-month AI roadmap, focusing on CV screening and candidate communication.
  • Monitor operational health via NPS, TTH, and ITW/hire ratios, producing corrective action plans when metrics degrade.
  • Act as the primary interface with HRIS and C&B teams for system integrations and compensation benchmarking.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2-3 years specifically in RecOps.
  • Proven expertise in ATS deployment and optimization (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby).
  • Experience in process design within scale-up or high-growth environments.
  • Strong data culture with the ability to critically analyze TA metrics for C-level reporting.
  • Fully bilingual proficiency in French and English.
  • Must be based in Paris, France, for a hybrid work arrangement.
