What you will do

• Repair, service, and troubleshoot gaming terminals in betting offices, pubs, and gaming centers.
• Perform machine installations, removals, and pre-wiring tasks.
• Manage and replace parts according to established technical procedures.
• Ensure all service calls meet company and customer SLA targets.
• Complete and submit administrative documentation in a timely manner.
• Conduct Portable Appliance Tests and Planned Preventative Maintenance.

Requirements

• Full UK manual driving licence is mandatory.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations.
• Motivation to achieve key performance targets.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including some weekends.
