What you will do

• Supervise a team of gas engineers performing servicing, repairs, and installations in social housing.
• Ensure all works comply with Gas Safe regulations, Health & Safety legislation, and company procedures.
• Plan and allocate daily workloads to meet SLAs and contract KPIs.
• Conduct audits, site inspections, and provide technical guidance for diagnosing complex faults.
• Manage Landlord Gas Safety Records (LGSR) and coordinate with housing associations and internal teams.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and manage engineer recruitment and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Gas Engineer in social housing or domestic properties.
• Proven supervisory or team leader experience in a gas maintenance environment.
• Valid Gas Safe Registration and ACS Qualifications (including CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1).
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Deep understanding of domestic gas servicing, repairs, and compliance requirements.
