What you will do

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource plans for technical engagements to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Lead client deployment initiatives by managing internal engineering teams and third-party resources.
• Develop and document standardized processes for server transitions, cloud service rollouts, and system implementations.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture critical decisions, and prepare technical documentation.
• Evaluate scopes of work and change requests to identify risks and deliver practical technical solutions.
• Partner with account managers and sales engineers to ensure technical objectives and deadlines are met.

Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on technical support background.
• Prior experience working within a managed services provider (MSP) environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 Enterprise, Azure cloud fundamentals, Windows Server, and Group Policy.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate IT projects end-to-end, including cloud migration initiatives (e.g., SkyKick, Exchange tools).
• Proven track record of leading technical projects and outstanding communication skills.
• Must have US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
