Focus on coordinating governance forums, maintaining portfolio artifacts, and supporting AI governance tracking.

Location: Springfield, MA (Onsite)

What you will do

  • Coordinate governance forums, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note capture, and action item tracking.
  • Maintain governance artifacts such as decision logs, portfolio trackers, RAID logs, and process templates.
  • Prepare reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership and SteerCo.
  • Support the AI portfolio by updating lifecycle and maturity data and preparing materials for the AI Committee.
  • Develop executive presentations and communications for senior leadership.
  • Manage SharePoint sites and document libraries to maintain standard templates and toolkits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, governance support, or program operations.
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
  • Must be based in Springfield, MA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services or technology organizations.
  • Familiarity with RAID logs, decision tracking, and portfolio management tools.
  • Experience with AI governance or cross-functional coordination.
  • Proven ability to prepare materials for senior executive audiences.
