TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Avon, MN

Salary: $24.46 - $33.64 per hour

What you will do

  • Collaborate with attorneys, project managers, and cross-functional teams on all legal matters including contracts and compliance.
  • Review and revise subcontracts, engineering contracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers during contract negotiations.
  • Identify and analyze potential risks within project agreements and provide creative solutions.
  • Coordinate the secure signing of documents and maintain the project support library.
  • Interpret project requirements to determine the most suitable contract forms for specific scopes of work.

Requirements

  • 2–4-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least five years of legal or contract-related experience required.
  • Strong proficiency in contract review and risk identification.
  • Ability to manage relationships with external subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
