What you will do

• Document all inquiries and resolutions accurately within internal databases.

• Assist in researching and resolving new or unknown product issues.
• Coach and train less experienced team members on POS products and compliance regulations.
• Stay updated on association guidelines, policies, and product revisions through continuous training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience required.
• Strong ability to research and resolve complex customer inquiries.
• Proficiency in operating personal computers and mainframe software.
• Ability to interpret association guidelines and compliance regulations.
