Jr Marketing Performance Analyst (User Acquisition) (Digital Marketing): Analyzing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns for games across digital channels with an accent on KPI monitoring, market research, and data-driven campaign improvement. Focus on A/B testing, interpreting complex datasets, and identifying trends across mobile game advertising platforms.

Location: Hybrid; must be based in São Paulo, Brazil

What you will do

  • Assist with user acquisition campaigns across digital advertising channels.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign planning and data collection.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Run A/B tests and conduct market research on competitors, trends, and user acquisition opportunities.
  • Track developments and best practices in digital marketing and user acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience managing online advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles and strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Intermediate or advanced English proficiency required.

Nice to have

  • Experience with mobile game advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Unity Ads, or similar platforms.
