Senior DevSecOps Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Own and evolve AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
• Design, automate, and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines with integrated SAST and DAST security controls.
• Lead monitoring and observability initiatives using tools such as Datadog, and drive incident response and resolution.
• Implement cloud security practices covering IAM, RBAC, vulnerability management, and infrastructure hardening.
• Drive patch management, threat detection with GuardDuty and Falco, and credential leak prevention.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on architecture, security audits, and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of DevOps or SRE experience and 3+ years in security-focused roles.
• Production experience with AWS and Kubernetes, including IAM and RBAC.
• Strong Terraform and GitLab CI skills, plus coding experience in Go, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and an understanding of data pipelines and ETL processes such as AWS Glue.
• Expertise in cloud security, monitoring, and observability, including Datadog, GuardDuty, Falco, or similar tools.
• Fluent English is required. Strong communication skills and experience in Agile environments are expected.
