Salary: EUR 70,000 - EUR 85,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and evolve AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure using Terraform to ensure scalability, reliability, and security by design.
• Design and optimize GitLab CI pipelines, embedding security controls such as SAST/DAST directly into development workflows.
• Lead monitoring and observability initiatives using Datadog to proactively identify system risks and drive incident response.
• Implement cloud security best practices, including IAM, RBAC, and infrastructure hardening across environments.
• Drive security initiatives including patch management, threat detection (GuardDuty, Falco), and credential leak prevention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams on architectural decisions and lead security audits and compliance efforts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps/SRE and 3+ years in security-focused roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes in production environments, including IAM and RBAC models.
• Proficiency in Terraform, GitLab CI, and coding in at least one language (Go, Python, or JavaScript).
• Experience with PostgreSQL and a working understanding of data pipelines/ETL processes (e.g., AWS Glue).
• Expertise in cloud security monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, GuardDuty, or Falco.
• Fluent English proficiency required.
