Cloud Operations Engineer

Location: Munich, Germany (Hoehenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn)

What you will do

• Maintain high-availability GPS correction services across cloud and automation technologies.
• Assess cloud provider capabilities and enable them on the platform.
• Design and implement automated infrastructure-as-code solutions for varied workloads.
• Manage cloud compliance through tagging, backups, patching, IAM, and security best practices.
• Resolve complex technical issues with vendors and support incident response.
• Guide legacy on-premises migrations to the cloud and build gated CI/CD pipelines for application delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience supporting operations in AWS and Azure Cloud Services.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized operations.
• Strong experience with Terraform and exposure to Ansible.
• Knowledge of cloud networking and security frameworks.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and independent-working skills.
• Effective verbal communication in English required.
