What you will do

• Meet and exceed targets for revenue, trading volume, and active clients in Kuwait.
• Execute growth strategies via Introducing Brokers, strategic partners, and BDMs.
• Lead expansion into new markets within Kuwait by building new strategic partnerships.
• Leverage existing professional networks to grow indirect contributions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a frictionless experience for partners and clients.
• Optimize internal procedures for better efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a commercial development or partnerships manager in the FX or CFD trading industry.
• Native Arabic speaker with a strong command of English.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging commercial targets.
• Experience leading teams and managing strategic relationships.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
