What you will do

• Submit vendor POS and inventory reports on time and according to required frequency.
• Monitor report submission success rates and resolve rejections through corrective actions and coordination.
• Manage claim rejections and perform necessary corrections.
• Execute claim reconciliation and obtain sign-off from the Finance department.
• Distribute weekly and monthly claim reconciliation reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar operations or reporting role.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and high proficiency in data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data quality.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
