What you will do

• Advise chapters to enhance performance, drive operational efficiency, and ensure financial growth.
• Collaborate with chapter CEOs, Boards, and the National Office to align priorities with enterprise strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive chapter assessments and formulate actionable improvement recommendations.
• Analyze financial statements and budgets to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement industry best practices to streamline operational processes within chapters.
• Monitor KPIs to track progress and measure the success of improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total professional experience.
• 7+ years of experience in a federated non-profit environment required.
• Proven experience in nonprofit performance management or strategic consulting.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong financial acumen and project management skills.
• Must be based in the continental U.S. and authorized to work without visa sponsorship.
