Lettings Manager

What you will do

• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals, advise landlords, and convert suitable opportunities into new instructions.
• Conduct property viewings, provide feedback, negotiate offers, and coordinate tenancies through to move-in.
• Prepare and launch property marketing accurately, including particulars and photography.
• Build relationships with landlords and tenants, respond to queries, and resolve issues professionally.
• Support portfolio growth and retention through referrals, enquiry follow-up, and local opportunities.
• Guide self-employed agents and coordinate the daily priorities of two Bracknell-based Property Managers.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Negotiator, or in a comparable hands-on lettings role.
• Strong knowledge of the lettings process and current compliance requirements.
• Experience with rental valuations, winning instructions, and tenancy progression.
• Customer-focused communication skills and the ability to build relationships with landlords, tenants, colleagues, and agents.
• Ability to organise competing priorities and work independently across office-based and local appointment activity.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.
