What you will do

• Process reservations, amendments, and cancellations for flights, rail, hotels, and car hire.
• Convert general travel enquiries into confirmed bookings using company technology.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email and telephone for complex enquiries.
• Maintain accurate data processing and invoicing in compliance with ISO standards.
• Support commercial agreements and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Participate in training, coursework, and assessments as part of the apprenticeship program.

Requirements

• Must be based in Edinburgh or able to work from the office daily.
• Passion for the travel industry and desire to build a career in business travel.
• Commitment to completing the apprenticeship training program and home study.
• Computer literacy with experience in email and web-based programs.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in phone and email interactions.
• Good GCSE grades or equivalent in English and Maths.
