What you will do

• Lead and develop both sales and account management teams to land, scale, and retain business.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for Turkey, the Baltics, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
• Personally drive the most critical deals and maintain high-level relationships with key decision-makers.
• Set clear KPIs and manage a robust pipeline to ensure aggressive revenue targets are met.
• Collaborate with global leadership to replicate successful playbooks and optimize product implementation.
• Maintain an active presence in the market to build network and advocate for the platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior commercial or advertising leadership role.
• Deep familiarity with the Turkish advertising market, including key clients and agency dynamics.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing, recruiting, and developing high-performing sales or account management teams.
• Significant experience in structuring and negotiating complex deals within the digital media space.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the assigned region.
