What you will do

  • Deliver sales targets and account-specific contractual obligations and agreed store-level activities.
  • Improve merchants’ knowledge and expertise with services through first and ongoing training.
  • Drive sell-out objectives by maximizing TFS business (IR and RR management) and DCC business (hit rate management).
  • Analyze, present, and discuss business statistics, then define and execute action plans.
  • Plan, record, and report account-specific activities accurately using CRM.
  • Conduct store visits aligned with the company segmentation model.

Requirements

  • Proven sales capability.
  • 1–2 years of experience with customer relationship management.
  • Basic English, mainly for reading.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems.
  • Knowledge of MS Office products.
