What you will do

• Design and execute high-fidelity website designs and interactive prototypes that align with brand identity.
• Build and maintain consistent visual languages by creating and updating scalable design system components.

• Ensure all designs are user-friendly, accessible, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Collaborate with Leads, developers, and product managers to refine requirements and ensure design feasibility.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX and Visual Design.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with design systems in a digital product or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and various prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS) and accessibility standards.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/Visual Design skills in website projects using design systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills.
