What you will do

• Own UX design for new features and improvements, balancing player needs with product goals.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate and validate design intent.
• Partner with UX Researchers and leverage data insights to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Art, and UI teams to deliver cohesive player experiences.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistent patterns across features.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and integrate feedback effectively.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of professional experience in UX, Interaction, or Product Design.
• Must be authorized to work in Spain without visa sponsorship.
• Strong proficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and design systems.
• Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
• Strong communication skills for presenting designs to technical and non-technical audiences.
