TL;DR

Location: Must be legally authorized to work in Japan; role is based in Tokyo (Shibuya) with a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Master product solutions and stay updated on technical improvements.
  • Provide client support and resolve technical issues via ticketing systems and other channels.
  • Facilitate communication between the development team and end-users.
  • Deliver online and in-person product training.
  • Assist with product and documentation translations.
  • Collaborate with global support teams across multiple international offices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience and knowledge in geomatics, photogrammetry, or mapping.
  • Proficient English and Japanese language skills required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Japan.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Flexible and open-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global products or drone mapping.
  • Knowledge of radiometry, multispectral, or thermal imagery.
  • Programming skills in Python or HTML.
  • Prior experience in a support role.
  • Fluency in Korean or Chinese.
