What you will do
- Master product solutions and stay updated on technical improvements.
- Provide client support and resolve technical issues via ticketing systems and other channels.
- Facilitate communication between the development team and end-users.
- Deliver online and in-person product training.
- Assist with product and documentation translations.
- Collaborate with global support teams across multiple international offices.
Requirements
- Proven experience and knowledge in geomatics, photogrammetry, or mapping.
- Proficient English and Japanese language skills required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Japan.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Flexible and open-minded attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with products or drone mapping.
- Knowledge of radiometry, multispectral, or thermal imagery.
- Programming skills in Python or HTML.
- Prior experience in a support role.
- Fluency in Korean or Chinese.
