What you will do

• Design and improve UX across hirify.global mobile applications, ensuring usability, consistency, and high-quality interactions.
• Shape UX/UI for platform capabilities that enable building, configuring, and customizing mobile applications.
• Design experiences that let users create applications using no-code tools and AI-powered coding agents.
• Define end-to-end user journeys, information architecture, workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Deliver high-fidelity, pixel-perfect mobile-first and cross-platform UI designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders; support implementation with design specifications and design QA.

Requirements

• Strong UX/UI design expertise: user flows, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping in Figma.
• Experience designing complex enterprise products and configuration-driven interfaces.
• Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design, including typography, grids, and accessibility principles.
• Ability to conduct UX research and heuristic evaluations and translate feedback into iterative improvements.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
