What you will do

• Own and manage end-to-end CRM projects from initial scoping to final deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM platforms to maintain the golden client record.
• Lead lead management and client survey initiatives to uncover business gaps and drive strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with data vendors, IT, and marketing teams to align CRM capabilities with business objectives.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and report on project performance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, data management, and project management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM and Martech platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, client segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Skilled in reporting and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience working with stakeholders in retail environments.
• Must be based in Centurion, South Africa.
