TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Proptech): Driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion for the HelloData SaaS platform with an accent on strategic relationship management and data-driven guidance. Focus on managing mid-market and enterprise accounts, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the US)

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 Base + Variable Commission

What you will do

  • Guide customers through onboarding and implementation to ensure rapid value realization and product adoption.
  • Manage a book of mid-market and enterprise accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and proactively manage risks to prevent churn and ensure seamless renewals.
  • Identify and drive upsell and expansion opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and shape product improvements.
  • Analyze usage data to deliver regular success reviews and actionable insights to customers.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within SaaS or tech (REQUIRED).
  • Experience in property management, real estate, or proptech is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving renewals and revenue growth in a high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM and CS tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Intercom, or Gainsight.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
