Salary: €7,556 – €10,794 gross per month

What you will do
- Lead and embed AI and advanced analytics operational and governance initiatives within MRM.
- Support the Head of Model Risk Strategy in planning and executing cross-domain change programs.
- Act as an MRM ambassador in bank-wide AI initiatives to ensure risk considerations are integrated early.
- Drive alignment between internal standards, AI strategy, and evolving regulatory expectations.
- Mentor and coach team members to strengthen cross-portfolio collaboration and One MRM culture.
- Advise on the implications of market developments and AI regulation for MRM policies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Model Risk Management or risk oversight.
- Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Econometrics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science).
- Strong affinity for AI, advanced analytics, and understanding of the three lines of defence model.
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross-domain change and transformation initiatives.
- Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Financial Markets & Treasury model risk.
- Consultancy or advisory background.
