What you will do

• Build and maintain predictive risk models including PD, churn, and stress testing.
• Analyze risk drivers and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Design and validate features to enhance model robustness and explainability.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy and maintain models in production.
• Communicate data-driven decisions clearly to stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior data scientists to foster team growth.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Netherlands.
• Strong experience in risk modelling and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in designing, training, and deploying machine learning models.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for business decisions.
• Experience coaching junior team members.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
