What you will do

• Drive talent management, employee development, and engagement initiatives aligned with global priorities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on performance, career growth, and team effectiveness.
• Lead employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Operations leaders to solve people-related business challenges.
• Partner with global Centers of Excellence to implement impactful people programs.
• Utilize people analytics and workforce insights to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of HR experience, specifically as an HRBP or People Partner.
• Experience working within a fast-paced technology environment.
• Deep expertise in the employee lifecycle, coaching, and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and navigate matrixed organizations.
• Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
