What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the full employee lifecycle for the Retail Business Function.
• Partner with business leaders to identify and build organizational capabilities, structures, and processes.
• Support line managers in forecasting and planning talent pipelines.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights and implement improvements.
• Manage employee and labor relations matters in collaboration with legal and regional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Service Centers to deliver integrated solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in German, English, and Polish is mandatory.
• University degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international organization.
• Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and change management initiatives.
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with excellent coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage tight deadlines and multitask effectively.
