What you will do
- Provide technical support for 3D scanners and software via online sessions, telephone, and email.
- Manage support cases by collecting relevant customer information and recording data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate customer feedback and resolve technical issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with reselling partners and end-users worldwide.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch (from B2 level)
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (spoken and written)
- Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid work
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication and active listening skills.
- Problem-solving and logical thinking abilities with a touch of empathy.
