STRIKER - Downtrade Store Activator Catania - Long Maternity Leave Cover (FMCG)

Location: Catania, Italy; field-based role with 90–100% travel

Annual gross salary: from €25,600, depending on experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities. Employment follows the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).

What you will do

• Cover assigned ethnic minimarkets and gas station accounts at the agreed frequency and manage the designated territory.
• Maintain and grow hirify.global Perfect Store standards, including product availability, visibility, additional placements, and messaging.
• Build relationships with store stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and present commercial proposals.
• Influence store-level orders and maintain appropriate stock levels across the hirify.global range.
• Install and maintain point-of-sale materials and ensure agreed promotions are active from the first day.
• Track in-store metrics using digital tools and complete administration and reporting accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Proactive approach and growth mindset.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• English language knowledge required, with strong communication and negotiation skills for working with ethnic points of sale.
• Comfort working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Valid driving licence.

• Experience in FMCG.
