What you will do
- Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal transfers, and offboarding.
- Lead and shape the recruitment team strategy, defining hiring priorities and optimizing recruitment metrics.
- Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Drive HR brand projects such as eNPS and well-being initiatives to shape company culture.
- Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to streamline HR and recruitment workflows.
- Support employees across international, distributed teams while maintaining a human-centric approach.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, including team management.
- Proven experience in an international company with familiarity with EU and US markets.
- Strong command of HR analytics and ability to draw data-driven insights.
- Experience managing or collaborating closely with a recruitment function.
- English proficiency: C1 required.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience running HR brand initiatives like eNPS and well-being programs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven HR or recruitment tools.
