Location: Hybrid (Limassol, Cyprus) with remote work options available.

What you will do

  • Own the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, internal transfers, and offboarding.
  • Lead and shape the recruitment team strategy, defining hiring priorities and optimizing recruitment metrics.
  • Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Drive HR brand projects such as eNPS and well-being initiatives to shape company culture.
  • Champion the integration of AI and automation tools to streamline HR and recruitment workflows.
  • Support employees across international, distributed teams while maintaining a human-centric approach.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, including team management.
  • Proven experience in an international company with familiarity with EU and US markets.
  • Strong command of HR analytics and ability to draw data-driven insights.
  • Experience managing or collaborating closely with a recruitment function.
  • English proficiency: C1 required.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience running HR brand initiatives like eNPS and well-being programs.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven HR or recruitment tools.
