What you will do

• Collaborate with planning, product development, quality, and manufacturing teams to align internal requirements with supply solutions.
• Prospect, evaluate, certify, and maintain strategic partnerships with raw material suppliers.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing, payment terms, delivery conditions, and contracts to deliver value.
• Analyze market trends for commodities and define short-, medium-, and long-term plans for managed categories.
• Lead cost and lead time reduction projects.
• Manage purchasing processes, contracts, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in purchasing, preferably in the industrial or cosmetic sectors.
• Knowledge of raw materials used in the cosmetic industry and their quality requirements.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical capabilities.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and purchasing tools.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
