What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end partner acquisition, activation, and retention funnel strategy and execution.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle funnels and partner journeys across marketing and commercial touchpoints.
  • Ensure structural alignment between marketing initiatives, partner routing logic, and commercial follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Pricing teams to improve lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Drive CAC/LTV optimization by identifying funnel inefficiencies and implementing scalable automation.
  • Evolve HubSpot lead scoring, routing logic, and lifecycle automation frameworks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B funnel strategy and marketing automation.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle automation.
  • Strong analytical skills for CAC/LTV optimization and funnel performance tracking.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between marketing initiatives and commercial operations.
  • Experience in defining ICPs and managing segment-specific lifecycle journeys.
