What you will do

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes, including account reconciliation and journal entries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including VAT filings and financial statements.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and tracking payments via the internal platform.
• Manage intercompany billing and reconciliation across various subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Operations departments to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Act as a platform expert to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance (including internships).
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; French GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluency in both French and English.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus).
• Must be based in Paris to comply with the hybrid work model.
