What you will do

• Own the technical strategy for complex, multi-million dollar enterprise opportunities across the Americas theater.
• Design and execute end-to-end Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical Mutual Success Plans (MSPs) anchored to measurable business outcomes.
• Author and govern centralized Hero Demos and scalable reference architectures to enable the broader SC organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, translating operational pain points into digital transformation strategies.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product and Engineering teams to directly influence the hirify.global Infinity roadmap.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of technical pre-sales, systems engineering, or solutions architecture experience with enterprise cloud platforms.
• Proven track record leading $2M+ TCV strategic account engagements involving C-suite and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Deep domain expertise in Customer Experience (CX), CCaaS, and UCaaS.
• Expertise in API-first integration design (RESTful APIs) and proficiency with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Advanced knowledge of Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience migrating legacy on-premises telephony architectures (hirify.global Elite, Aura) to cloud environments.
• Familiarity with discovery frameworks such as Selling Through Curiosity (STC) or NEPQ.
• Industry certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, or Genesys.
